We also seem to be something like guinea pigs for this system, as they charged our clients over $10k in incorrect invoices. \n\nWe reluctantly went back to auto invoicing, as there really seems to be no choice in the matter, and they promised that everything would be just fine and it would not effect clients again by charging them for services they have already paid for. Well, as you can imagine, we are slowly finding that to be untrue.
