GREAT SERVICE
We absolutely love using DoggieDashboard for our dog daycare and overnight boarding facility! Everything is straightforward and easy to navigate, which is especially important when things get busy.
Another huge plus is the customer support. The [sensitive content hidden] is always quick to respond and answers all of our questions right away. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure we have everything we need to be successful.
We highly recommend DoggieDashboard to other dog daycare and boarding facilities looking for an easy-to-use program with fantastic, responsive support!
Pros: The program is incredibly user-friendly and makes managing our day-to-day operations so much easier. The [sensitive content hidden] always answers our questions promptly!
Cons: I wish that there was a report I could run to see if any appointments aren't attached to an invoice. This would help when we are doing our reoccurring appointments each month!
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this program. With all the options it actually feels like it was designed for me. I have been using it for about 5 years and would not keep renewing if it wasn't the best.
Pros: I love how easy it is to use. So many options and a great price point. I can change up a lot of my reports so they are usable.
Cons: To many reports seem duplicated. The training reports are not the greatest yet. For only me they work but not able to send out to clients. At least I am not sure how to.
I often recommend to anyone in the pet business especially since because you can try the software before committing to monthly payments. I loved it and signed up within a short period of trying it out!
Pros: I have used Doggie Dashboard for my dog training business for over a year and highly recommend!! Great customer service, very easy to use or get help from tutorials, lots of options, and helps keep my business on track financially and for tax preparation.
Cons: I would love to have an app for Doggie Dashboard, but when I reached out to customer service I was given understandable reasons and appreciate keeping a low monthly payment for the use of the software.
I am happy with the program, it’s easy, seems to have everything I need to run my small business. Thank you.
Pros: It’s easy to use and has multiple channels to maneuver that will get you to the same areas. I also like to marketing area.
Cons: I’d like to be able to send a mass email to selected clients, not necessarily to all clients. That is all.
So far I am overall very happy. I will be reaching out with some additional equations and comments/suggestions but won’t have a review on that response until it happens.
Pros: This an extremely valuable tool for someone like me who has a one person business and is never looking to grow! I’m just branching into utilizing it more beyond the free mode but I’m extremely excited to dive in. Cost is reasonable, support is personable, and you can tell it’s a well thought out application.
Cons: It can seem overwhelming at first because of the vast functionality of the application, but that’s to be expected with any new software you dive into.

Pros: Made it easy to run my business at home. My favorite option was pet owners can request boarding directly in the app
Cons: I wish I could invoice each pet individually, rather than changing 6 nights total, I'd prefer to charge 3 nights for each pet
For the price the features and customer service are outstanding. It is very easy to navigate and use, and clients seem happy with booking page.
Pros: I love the variety of features available on doggie dashboard. The marketing oage itself has so many features, in addition to all the services it supports you adding.
Cons: There is no "daily" option for recurring appointments it only give weekly, monthly, etc and often i have clients that book multiple days a week
Excellent Software and Amazing Support for Pet Care Businesses
Our overall experience with DoggieDashboard has been excellent. We have been using it since we started our business, and it has made a huge difference in keeping everything organized and professional. It saves us time, helps us keep track of our clients and pets, and makes the booking and payment process much smoother. We also appreciate [sensitive content hidden] support and dedication. He listens, responds quickly, and continues to improve the software for businesses like ours.
Pros: What we like most about DoggieDashboard is how easy it is to use and how much it helps us stay organized with our doggy daycare and boarding business. Since we started our business, it has helped us manage bookings, client information, pet details, payments, and updates in one simple place. [sensitive content hidden] and programmer, is also amazing. He is very helpful, responsive, and truly cares about improving the software.
So far, so good. I have been using the program for a short amount of time but the ease of using it and the help that the tutorials give make it very simple.
Pros: I love the fact that we can talk to an actual person that listens to our suggestions and tries to help in all the ways that he can.
Cons: I would like there to be something that wasn't just web based. However, the ease of using the program and the price point are great so it is easy to overlook this.
Pros: Very straightforward software that is inexpensive and user friendly for clients! Love the ability to send and gets signatures on waivers digitally!
Cons: Would love to be able to categorize and add labels to different dog groups. Ie. Groom client, or Daycare client, or Training Classes. Would also love to have the ability to select either "due by" or "preformed on" dates for vaccinations as some owners seem to add the date the vaccine was given instead of when it's next due automatically making them overdue in the system.
Doggie Dashboard has been great in helping us grow our business. It has continued to get better and improve over the years.
Pros: Doggie Dashboard is very easy to use and customer support is amazing if you need questions answered.
Cons: There is nothing we do not like about Doggie Dashboard.
In fact there are many parts that we don't use and need to take the time to learn.
