If you have a grooming salon, boarding facility, etc Kennel Connection/Hello Groom is THE BEST!! I am in the process of switching from Daysmart to Kennel Connection/Hello Groom. Jenna has been AMAZING in getting me set up with EVERYTHING my business needs! 10 out of 10 customer service!!! And Alix has been pivotal in the onboarding & training!!! You can literally reach out to anyone and get a real person to answer your questions quickly!!! HIGHLY impressed & HIGHLY recommend!!!

Many thanks to Phil Ely, KC7 Client Support. He quickly identified the cause of my issue (my latop being the culprit) fixed the issue and advised me on how to avoid future issues. We have used the KC7 Boarding Program for many years. I consider it to be the best and easiest boarding program to operate. Kennel Connection Review

Overall, Kennel Connection had responsive customer care, you could customize and set up your kennel however worked best for your business, and there was built in tracking of who booked what. Pros: I love how you can customize whatever you would like on Kennel Connection. You can easily book dogs as well as keep track of what employee booked what. Cons: Kennel Connection had quite a few bugs. Sometimes it would crash unexpectedly or freeze when attempting to complete payments.

Such an amazing platform for animal services. I use it just for the grooming aspect KC is super user friendly and amazing customer service. They are always adding new features too. I’ve used Kennel connection for years at different boarding, grooming and daycares. So I knew when I went to open me own grooming salon, I was gonna use KC.

The customer service with Kennel Connection is nothing less than fantastic! Their timely responses, knowledge and honesty with the product is outstanding. At a time when customer service seems to be non existent they shine again and again. Their timely responses sales department in particular Angel Gonzalez and product support Danielle truly amazing!!
